We are looking for a full-time employee who will provide excellent customer service and support for our growing Insurance Agency. All candidates must be well-spoken and able to present themselves to others in a professional manner.
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
•Quote new and renewal business.
•Maintain agency management system.
•Interact with customers regarding new and/or renewal policies and available products and services.
•Maintain social media accounts.
•Ensure and provide quality customer service.
•Answer all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
•Process requests and data entry with high-level accuracy.
•Take initiative and resolve customer service issues or complaints.
•Maintain a positive representation of the company at all times.
Job Requirements of a Customer Service Representative:
•Must have great attention to detail
•Able to multi task•Must be a team player
•Previous customer service and sales experience is a plus
•Must have strong communications skills
•Must be organized
•Must be comfortable and personable interacting with customers daily
•Must be comfortable answering phones and making outgoing calls to clients and to various insurance carriers
•Ability to take initiative and work independently
•Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
