From education, healthcare, transportation and water facilities to sports, leisure, cultural arts and other public gathering venues, we deliver on the promise of protecting our clients’ interests as our own and building partnerships with the communities we serve. **The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:** + Work directly with the area senior management team, assisting the Project and Construction Managers in this region + Create and manage spreadsheets and databases + Create reports and presentations in both Excel and PowerPoint, and perform various analytic tasks to support strategy, business / financial planning, and operations + Responsible for collecting data and preparing various forecasts on key Project financial metrics + Monitor the status of projects with the ability to understand their relationship and potential impacts to both operational and financial performance + Conduct research and analysis, prepare reports and make recommendations based on findings + Support Project and Construction Managers in managing company project management software systems **Minimum Requirements** + Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field + Must have completed one year of study in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field **Preferred Qualifications** + Graduating within one year + Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, high-proficiency with Excel + Ability to work with different levels of both technical and administrative personnel + High comfort level with quantitative analysis, particularly under tight time constraints + Excellent communicator including the desire to ask questions and learn from co-workers + Ability to prioritize tasks with a commitment to completing tasks with urgency and within established deadlines + Working knowledge of industry software such as Oracle- Primavera P6 software, Revit, etc. **What We Offer** When you join AECOM, you become part of a company that is pioneering the future.
