As our Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will create, develop, implement, and analyze recruitment marketing and branding efforts. These new strategies and projects include: Email Marketing Campaigns & Automation, Passive Candidate Strategies, Lead Generation, Reporting and Database Administration (CRM/ATS).
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
+ Developing a network of potential candidates using creative strategies including social networking, professional associations, identification of niche platforms, email marketing automation, market research, etc.
+ Planning and implementing a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants while assisting with database management & administration in our CRM/ATS (Avature/BrassRing)
+ Proactively sourcing and targeting key talent in the market through a variety of search methods (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals etc.)
+ Assisting in the development of comprehensive email marketing plans and materials for our Talent Acquisition team
+ Creating, executing, and tracking performance metrics for our sourcing campaigns
+ Enabling and encouraging recruiters to utilize passive candidates from segment-based campaign strategies
+ Communicating with recruiters and prospective candidates
+ Creating and analyzing regular reports on key recruitment marketing metrics
+ Supporting development & implementation of sourcing & recruitment marketing strategies globally
+ Identifying, evaluating, & suggesting new ideas for improving passive candidate engagement
+ Pushing the boundaries on sourcing tactics and strategies by constantly looking for new and creative ways to attract talent
+ Staying current with email marketing & recruiting best practices, strategies, and industry standards
+ BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
+ Excellent consulting, writing, editing, and/or presentation skills with internal and external audiences
+ Demonstrated experience with analyzing/translating data and/or metrics into actionable insights
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
+ Ability to thrive and achieve results in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
+ Ability and desire to discover solutions to new challenges with little direction
+ Experience with email marketing, employer branding, recruiting database systems (ATS), and/or customer relationship management systems (CRM) preferred
+ Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and utilize new software/technology/SaaS, database systems, or data management techniques preferred
+ Experience with candidate pipelining, recruitment sourcing or related work experience in a recruiting environment preferred
