The direct install approach combines our expertise in both residential and non-residential program design, implementation that includes boots-on-the-ground energy advisors and our own trained installers, call center, in-house marketing and outreach, invoicing, and incentive processing services. We also combine quality assurance site visits and customer satisfaction calls to help track our successes and challenges.
