ARY Place is the R Street Corridor’s newest apartment project consisting of 159 affordable housing units and 11,200 SF of ground floor commercial uses. Located between 17th Street and 18th Street on the north side of S Street to Rice Alley, ARY Place is one of the largest affordable housing apartments in the Central City. The seven-story project has many on site amenities including a community lounge, fitness center and rooftop patio deck.
