Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Assistant to support our Sales Operations team. This role reports to the Head of Revenue & Sales Operations (HRSO) and is responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity across sales deal data, contracts, and invoicing processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates well, is process-driven, and comfortable working within sales and contract management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Deal Governance
Audit and verify that all signed contracts are properly attached within HubSpot and aligned with corresponding deals
Ensure consistency between contract terms and product data (Product Org Admin records) partnering cross-functionally to identify and resolve data discrepancies
Invoicing & Payment Management
Ensure product invoices are generated accurately and in a timely manner...
