Dimud Technology Co., Ltd.

Founded in 2016, Dimud specializes in the design, manufacturing, and mass-production support of precision injection molds, having provided mold development and product manufacturing solutions to over 1,500 clients worldwide. We operate a precision machining facility spanning approximately 10,000 square meters, equipped with 5-axis CNC machining centers, CNC milling and grinding machines, EDM equipment, and 30 CNC lathes. This infrastructure enables us to independently handle the machining of core mold components, mold base assembly, mold trials and validation, and subsequent optimization.

Our technical and production teams possess an average of 20 years of industry experience. To us, mold manufacturing goes beyond simply machining parts according to blueprints; it is about proactively addressing potential mass-production issues—such as shrinkage, warpage, flash, weld lines, gas entrapment, ejection defects, and dimensional instability—before they occur. Before a project begins, our engineering team conducts a systematic analysis of parting lines, gate locations, cooling and venting systems, and ejection mechanisms, taking into account product structure, plastic materials, aesthetic requirements, dimensional tolerances, and projected production volumes.

For complex surfaces, deep-cavity structures, precision inserts, thin-walled parts, multi-slide mechanisms, and high-durability molds, we ensure precise control over critical dimensions and fit accuracy through 5-axis machining, EDM, precision grinding, and expert mold assembly and tuning. Dimud provides comprehensive support throughout the entire process—from DFM analysis, mold design, and component machining to mold trials, sample inspection, mold modifications, and stable mass production.

Since our inception, we have consistently helped clients across the automotive, medical device, consumer electronics, robotics, and industrial equipment sectors resolve challenges such as inconsistent mold precision, excessive trial runs, fluctuating production cycles, and difficult maintenance. We are dedicated to delivering reliable molds that ensure stable production, ease of maintenance, and suitability for long-term, high-volume manufacturing.
