The Public Affairs Branch of the Employment Development Department (EDD) is looking for a Staff Services Manager I to lead the Marketing and Brand Management Office. This manager will lead a team tasked with developing enterprise and program-specific marketing and outreach campaigns, and managing the EDD brand. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated marketing and/or public relations experience. You will serve as a subject matter expert, perform the most complex project tasks, and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders. Qualifications At a minimum, a successful candidate will have the equivalent to graduation from college AND Three years of increasingly responsible management, personnel, fiscal, planning, program evaluation, or related analytical experience beyond the trainee level which shall have included the preparation of reports and the presentation of recommendations to management, at least one year of which must have been in a full journeyperson technical capacity. The Administration Branch of the Employment Development Department (EDD) is looking for an Analyst to serve as a Facilities Specailist/Space Planner to analyze program needs and facility requests and create proactive facility management plans. This position will be filled as either a Staff Services Analyst or an Associate Governmental Program Analyst. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in utilizing Computer Assisted Design (AutoCAD) programs, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, and general project management. You will be responsible for analyzing and arranging office alterations, repairs, modular furniture and partition installs, and moving services.
