Job Summary: Oversees the Valet Parking Attendants and Booth Attendants.  Parks and retrieves customer’s passenger vehicles, while providing excellent customer service. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Valet Parking Attendant is preferred.  Must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to express oneself in a professional, clear and concise fashion.  One-year previous customer service experience is preferred, with the ability to provide courteous, friendly and efficient service. Provide guidance and reminders to implement policies and procedures.  Provide feedback on performance, including positive behavior as well as infractions/concerns to supervisors.   Monitor staffing and delivery times to provide observations and suggestions to supervisors.  Sets high personal standards for performance and encourages others to do the same.  Implements initiatives to improve the employee experience and employee opinion ratings.  Endorses the business objectives, ethics and values of the Company in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Service Profit Chain.  Works a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.  Works a reasonable amount of overtime when required.
