The Community Director (Non-Exempt) is fully accountable for all day-to-day operations of a typically small asset/property (totaling less than 300 units and managing a staff of up to 5 Full-Time Employees (FTEs)). With direction provided by a Supervisor I in the Consumer Services Bureau, Claims Evaluation Section II, the incumbent performs complex analytical duties, acts as a lead on projects, and provides consultative services related to the Unclaimed Property Program. The incumbent also prepares complex information used in the development, implementation, and monitoring of program operations, as well as assists staff in analyzing and evaluating the most complex claims for unclaimed property and estates submitted to the Bureau.
