Top producing real estate team is seeking talented and motivated people who are passionate about growth and opportunity to join us as full-time real estate agents. We are committed to each team member’s success providing world-class coaching, leads and the very best administrative support to guarantee your success.
Our agents earn on average between $100,000 – $200,000 in commissions their first year. Commissions are based on your sales and how hard you work!
Responsibilities:
- Service home buyers & home sellers at the highest level
- Work effectively with team and mentors
- Study and know local market statistics daily
- Manage a database of leads and contacts with daily follow up and appointment-setting
- Learn and use scripts and best practices for lead conversion
- Participate in team meetings, events and one on one coaching
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy and passionate about working with and helping others
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service always
- Goal-oriented and high-achieving- a sales or high-level customer service background is a plus!
