The incumbent will oversee all phases of the food and beverage packaging enterprise at the MCSP Infill Facility. This position is responsible for supervising Industrial Supervisors, P.I. (Food & Beverage Packaging) positions working in the peanut butter and jelly, bread and boxed lunch factories. Employees will have regular and substantial contact with persons incarcerated in California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation institution and/or medical facilities.

* Industrial Food Packaging Experience.
* Enterprise/Factory Production Experience: operate machinery, assemble equipment parts, etc.
* Purchasing materials and goods in support of a factory or enterprise: negotiate contracts, prepare bid awards, etc.
* Inventory Mgmt. Experience: prepare work orders, bills of lading, requisition materials and supplies, etc.
* Budgeting Experience: analyze monthly accounting reports, cost analysis, examine budget estimates for completeness, etc.
* Supervisory or Management Experience.
* State Service.
