Class C Driver (4am – 1pm)

We are excited to have 7 openings for a Class C driver in Fairfield, CA.

Pay: $21 – $25 (depending on experience)
Hours: 4am – 1pm
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Duration: temp-to-perm

Summary:

The job of the Driver is to provide support to the warehouse operations with specific responsibilities of transporting orders to customers, ensuring on-time deliveries, safely operating vehicles and following company safety guidelines for loading and unloading vehicles.

Essential Job Functions:

• Drives truck or van to transport materials to customers, verifies loads against shipping orders and obtains signed receipts for material delivery
• Determines the best route to deliver the product timely to meet the customer expectations
• Records delivery information, inspects truck, equipment and supplies as required and immediately reports deficiencies
• Performs all physical requirements necessary to lift and move inventory around the warehouse as well as loads and unloads trucks
• Reports customer feedback to company management including, customer requests, returns, performance, competitive information and potential sales opportunities
• Reports out of stock items to Warehouse Manager/Branch Manager
• Work mandatory overtime as needed

Qualifications:
• Valid Real ID
• Must have clean DMV record
• Forklift certification or ability to acquire certification
• Ability to operate Stake Bed Trucks
• Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse environment
• Ability to read and write in English legibly
• Able to do basic math
• Detail oriented
