Position Summary:
The Communications & Outreach Coordinator supports public-sector consulting projects. The role delivers high-quality communications and community engagement services for transportation, infrastructure, tolling, and land-use planning programs. This position bridges strategy and execution, supporting proposal development, contract compliance, and day-to-day outreach delivery. Work assignments will vary based on project needs and timelines and may include daytime, evening, or occasional weekend support for public meetings. The Coordinator works closely with senior staff, designers, web developers, translators, and public agency partners to ensure outreach commitments made in proposals are implemented clearly, consistently, and on schedule.
