• Post jobs to a local audience — Sacramento-area candidates, not a national aggregator feed.
• Matched candidates, scored. Set the requirements for a role and see which candidates meet them, ranked by the percentage they match, with the reasoning shown.
• Write the posting with AI. Give us the facts about the role and we draft the listing for you to edit.
• See how a listing is doing — views and applications per job, plus a summary before it expires so you can decide whether to renew.
• Add your team. Several people from one company can share the same job bank and manage listings together.
• An employer dashboard to edit, renew, fill or expire your listings, and to see who applied.
• Your own numbers. Jobs posted, job views, applications, apply clicks and apply rate — for the last 30 days, 90 days or the year.
• An assistant in your account. Ask how something works or where to find it and it answers straight away, on the Support tab, with a real person one form away.
• Career fair booths — book a table and manage the registration from the same account.
• Bulk job uploading. Several openings? Paste them all at once or attach a spreadsheet, and we turn them into listings. Run out of posts and the rest are saved as drafts until you buy a package — nothing is lost.
• Resume database access. Search candidates who have uploaded a resume and contact them directly — included with a career fair booth or the 1-Year unlimited plan.
• Workshop Spotlight. Take a slot at a monthly career coaching workshop: talk about your company, what you are hiring for, how you actually hire and what makes an application stand out — then take questions.

Posting a job creates your employer account as part of the same form — there is no separate sign-up step. Candidate matching is assistive: it scores only the job-related requirements you set, shows its reasoning, and never rejects anyone — you decide.
