The California Immigrant Policy Center (CIPC) is a non-partisan, non-profit statewide organization founded in 1996, as California reeled from the ugly aftermath of Proposition 187 and harsh federal copycats. A multi-ethnic hub for statewide advocacy, CIPC has worked hand-in-hand with community partners across the state for two decades to create and defend a national blueprint for pro-immigrant policy. Our notable achievements include The California Values Act, the Drivers License Bill, Health for All Kids and One California, the largest investment in legal services protection in the country.
