The Customer Service Representative takes inbound calls for processing and researching customer orders using our SAP computer system. This person could make outbound calls to research the progress of an order. The representative may route calls to other departments if deemed necessary. The Production Operator I will be responsible for safely handling gas products into liquid, medical and high pressure gas cylinders in compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and meeting the standard operating procedures of Airgas. The hourly rate for this role is $20. Schedule is 6:30 AM- 2:30 PM  Performs various duties in the plant to include forklift operation, material handling and sorting,  inspecting, and or cylinder maintenance work.  Inspects cylinders prior to filling, following standard procedures as required by government, Airgas,  and distributor standards. Conducts a variety of Safety checks per procedures, such as odor tests, checking caps and valves. Advises customer on tools, hardware, and materials needed, as well as the procedure to follow to complete tasks the customer wishes to perform. Informs customer about quality of tools, hardware, and equipment, and demonstrates use. Arranges for delivery of cylinders and hard goods by performing the following.
