Calforests

Calforests is the preeminent trade association and advocate for California’s forest industry.  We promote sustainable forest management by supporting forest management practices that balance ecological health, support rural economies, and provide recreational opportunities.  We also advocate for the industry by representing the interests of the forest products sector to lawmakers and regulatory agencies to ensure policies promote the growth of the industry.  Further, we focus on education and outreach by providing resources and information to the public about the importance of sustainable forestry practices and the value of the forest products sector.
