Drago Vantage, LLC is a transportation consulting firm, specializing in planning, funding strategy and engagement, headquartered in Loomis, CA. They work closely with transportation agencies to define their vision, and then develop strategies around programming, funding and public engagement. This includes developing strategy statements to align stakeholders, bundling projects to increase competitiveness, advocating partner agencies and elected officials, holding public workshops, and educating communities on their clients’ initiatives. Their projects range from developing strategies across entire agencies to individual funding opportunities. Drago Vantage has a history of writing successful competitive grants with numerous funding agencies including USDOT, California Transportation Commission, and SACOG.

The Drago Vantage team works closely with senior leadership at transportation agencies to develop internal strategies around project prioritization and messaging, streamlining funding opportunity evaluations, and external messaging to stakeholders. They also facilitate internal and external meetings to generate feedback and build consensus around projects and programs.
