The City of Sacramento Department of Utilities provides and maintains water, sewer collection, and storm drainage services. We have a variety of programs to promote water quality protection, water conservation, household recycling, and a variety of other essential services.
BILLING / CUSTOMER SERVICE
Garbage, recycling, and yard waste charges appear on the same bill as your water and sewer services. The Department of Utilities manages the billing for these city services.
