At IOA at Home, we provide personalized in-home care and support for older adults and adults with disabilities throughout Sacramento and Placer Counties. Backed by Institute on Aging, one of California’s leading nonprofit organizations serving older adults for more than 40 years, our mission is simple: help people remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.
Our caregivers support clients with a wide range of needs, including companionship, personal care, meal preparation, transportation, light housekeeping, memory care support, overnight care, and 24/7 assistance. We take a relationship-focused approach to caregiving, carefully matching caregivers with clients based on personality, needs, and schedule preferences.
As a nonprofit organization, we prioritize people over profits and focus on delivering compassionate, high-quality care that helps older adults age with dignity and confidence. Our caregivers are highly valued members of the team and play a vital role in supporting the communities we serve.
We’re currently hiring caregivers for a variety of schedules and shift types, including:
Pay starts at $19/hour, with opportunities for additional hours and growth.
We also offer full benefits for team members working 30+ hours per week, including healthcare coverage and additional employee support programs.
