Change and New Beginnings (CANB)

Seeking an experienced mission driven full time Executive Director (ED) to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and community impact. The ED provides strategic leadership for the organization and works closely with the Board of Directors, staff, community partners, and CFO to ensure operational excellence, compliance, financial sustainability, and continued growth.  The ED provides leadership, direction and management to increase the impact of CANB’s mission and programs, while expanding its funding base. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of nonprofit leadership experience or senior leadership experience.
