On My Own Independent Living Services is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to support our Financial Management Services (FMS) team. You’ll handle vendor payments, client records, and help streamline billing processes—all while making a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
· Process invoices & payments
· Manage client intake & records
· Communicate with vendors & clients
· Support audits & reporting
· Collaborate on workflow improvements
What You’ll Bring:
· High School Diploma Required (Associates Degree or higher preferred)
· Strong Excel & Office skills
· Experience with payroll software (i.e. QuickBooks & ADP)
· Excellent organization & attention to detail
· Great communication & problem-solving skills
· Valid Driver’s License, insurance & reliable transportation
