Official Pest Prevention is a full-service pest control company servicing residential and commercial properties in six area codes throughout Northern and Central California. We treat general pests, rodents, wildlife trapping, nuisance birds and bats, bed bugs, and termite and other wood-destroying organisms with a solution-based, prevention-minded approach. We provide full-time, career-path positions for our employees with health and dental, 401(k), and profit-sharing benefits and a Monday-Friday day shift schedule so our employees can have stable, productive careers and family time. We offer an innovative licensed trade paid training program for all new pest control service technicians in which we provide all training, mentoring, exams, and state licensing. This training program is the gateway for technicians to obtain additional state licenses and access many opportunities for growth and advancement in a stable and essential industry. We also have two bilingual call centers (one for sales, one for customer service) and provide training for administrative and customer service career paths. We promote from within, and almost all of our sales and service managers, field inspectors, team leaders, and supervisors have risen from within our own ranks.
