ROLE

Under limited supervision, acts as the primary contact for Human Resources and Payroll business users, vendors, and other IT team members both in a project and a non-project capacity, to support and enhance the Time and Attendance software and other ancillary applications.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, AND ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Responsible for setups, maintenance, and optimization of existing timekeeping application.
Responds to IT tickets to resolve incidents and service requests by troubleshooting, to include research and analyzes, and engagement with the timekeeping application vendor.
Collaborates with business owners for specific tasks and prioritization to resolve issues timely.
Maintains the timekeeping application to support the new hires, job and role alignment and/or new company setups.
Maintains pay rules and DBA setups within the timekeeping application to remain compliant with all regulations.
Maintains timekeeping/ payroll integration with the HRIS system.
Gathers, analyzes and collaborates on requirements to find optimal solutions to address business challenges.
Partners with stakeholders in the design, build, test, and deployment of new functionalities as deemed necessary within the portfolio.
Works with the timekeeping application vendor to resolve performance/operational issues and partner to explore enhancements based on business needs.
Plans and tests timekeeping application changes, installation of upgrades, patches and new versions.
Performs data analysis and validation.
Assists the Human Resources and Payroll Teams with issues, questions, and special needs as they arise.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to qualify is:

Three years’ experience working with Time and Attendance and Payroll time entry configuration administration across multiple states.
Strong Time and Attendance (e.g., Time Clock Plus) product knowledge and configuration expertise preferred.
Knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll processes pertaining to timekeeping and payroll cycles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to new demands, multi-task, re-prioritize workload and address urgent demands quickly.
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
