Role Description

This is a full-time/hybrid Case Manager role is based in Folsom, CA, with the business hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Primary responsibilities include managing personal injury cases, make outgoing phone calls to clients, insurance companies, and providers, assisting clients in gathering necessary documentation, coordinating with medical providers, investigating liability, and maintaining case files. The Case Manager will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on case progress. Starting pay is $22/hour with monthly bonus opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Management and coordination skills to handle personal injury files and maintain client communication
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills are a must
  • Applicants should be comfortable navigating technology, including computers, mobile devices, and digital communication systems
  • Organizational and administrative skills to manage case files, deadlines, and documentation efficiently
  • Strong communication abilities to interact with clients, medical providers, and team members effectively
  • Proficiency with legal and case management software(s) is a plus
  • Previous legal experience and/or multilingual candidates are a plus
