DriveCity Lube & Smog is growing fast and looking for a licensed Smog & Repair Technician to join our team in Dixon, CA. We're a BAR-certified smog station and DMV Business Partner, offering smog inspections, oil changes, fluid services, AC work, tire rotation, and more for vehicles 2000 and newer.
What we need:
- Active CA BAR Smog License (Technician or Inspector level)
- Solid general repair/diagnostic experience
- Reliable, punctual, takes pride in doing the job right

We are a newly opened, state-of-the-art automotive smog shop dedicated to providing excellent service and maintaining high standards in vehicle emissions testing. We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Smog and Repair Technician to join our growing team.
As a Smog and Repair Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles meet local emissions standards by performing smog inspections and vehicle diagnostics on gasoline and diesel vehicles.
Certification required
Responsibilities:
Perform emissions testing on vehicles to ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
Operate diagnostic equipment to assess vehicles' emissions systems.
Identify potential issues affecting a vehicle’s ability to pass smog tests.
Provide customers with clear explanations of test results and potential repair needs.
Document and maintain accurate records of smog tests and inspections.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Hours of operation Monday through Saturday 8:00am - 4:30pm
