Under general direction provided by Supervisor II, the Analyst II will independently analyze and interpret new and changing requirements. Serve as an operational Business Analyst supporting the Statewide Direct Deposit, Disability and Position Control Programs and will determine operational impacts that new Human Resources (HR) policies/procedures may have on the programs. Provide statistical data generated from various HR system reports and compose issue papers for or against new proposals.
