Under general direction, the Development Manager, directs, manages, supervises, and coordinates economic and community development activities and projects, assisting internal and external customers and organizations, including serving as primary point of contact for development activities and projects, and coordinating activities and projects with County departments and outside agencies. Minimum Qualifications A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university. AND Four years of paid full-time experience performing city, county or regional land use planning or project management; economic development; redevelopment; business development; private development; district formation; or a closely related field.
