Under the general direction of the Program and Project Supervisor within the Communications Division's Carrier Oversight and Programs Branch, in the Network Performance and Public Safety section, this analyst will fulfill the role of a program analyst with minimal supervision. The responsibilities associated with this position encompass conducting policy analysis, drafting resolutions, performing technical research, analyzing data, and providing advisory support for the California Public Utilities Commission's (Commission) initiatives pertaining to telecommunications service quality (SQ), Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) events, and Resiliency Strategies.
