Under the general direction of the Information Technology Manager II (ITM II) the incumbent will be responsible for the development and maintenance of various Information Technology (IT) software solutions to support activities required of the California State Payroll System (CSPS) Project. The CSPS Project will deliver a modern solution for human capital management including core HR functionality (position control, personnel administration, benefits administration, and time management), travel and business expense and payroll. To manage various aspects of the CSPS Project, various IT software solutions have been and will be employed to support the project (e.g. SharePoint; Client Relationship Management software; Requirements Management software, etc.)
The incumbent will work closely with the project team to develop and maintain new and existing IT solutions that assist with the management of project workstreams, and implement additional IT solutions for the CSPS...
