Under general supervision provided by the Office Services Supervisor II, the Program Technician II will independently provide sensitive and detailed information to employees, state agencies, public, or other public jurisdictions and have a working knowledge of all duties performed in the Warrant Distribution Unit. This position will be required to monitor the public counter and reception desk, and act as a back-up to the couriers, which will require lifting and moving 50 lbs. boxes without assistance. Organize and disburse payroll, payroll garnishments, and related sensitive and confidential documents/reports to state agencies and campuses accurately and on schedule.
