Under the general direction of an Information Technology Manager I (ITM I), the incumbent will lead and manage a two-shift Production Operations unit, within the Enterprise System Operations and Support section. The Production Operations (PO) unit is responsible for processing the State Controller’s Office (SCO) Employment History, Payroll, and Financial batch systems from a dedicated computer, which is located at the California Department of Technology (CDT). The PO unit is comprised of professional and technical staff that includes: Information Technology Supervisor I, Information Technology Specialist I’s, Information Technology Associates, and Information Technology Technicians.
