The Energy Cost of Service & Natural Gas (ECOSNG) Branch within the Public Advocates Office at the Public Utilities Commission (Commission) is seeking a Public Utilities Regulatory Analyst (PURA) I to join its Revenue Requirements team.   Under the supervision of the Program and Project Supervisor of the Revenue Requirements Section, the incumbent is responsible for representing ratepayer interests on issues pertaining to the appropriate revenue requirement and rates associated with Commission-regulated gas and electric utilities in General Rate Cases and other rate setting cases. Under direction, the Human Services Program Planner performs analytical, evaluative, coordinative and/or conceptual staff work in the development, monitoring, research, planning, evaluation, and/or administration of multi-faceted human services programs; and conducts community outreach. Minimum Qualifications Six years of full-time experience performing professional or supervisory human services program experience performing analytical, evaluative, coordinative and/or conceptual staff work in the planning, development and/or administration of human services programs.
