Under direction, the Human Services Program Planner performs analytical, evaluative, coordinative and/or conceptual staff work in the development, monitoring, research, planning, evaluation, and/or administration of multi-faceted human services programs; and conducts community outreach. Minimum Qualifications Six years of full-time experience performing professional or supervisory human services program experience performing analytical, evaluative, coordinative and/or conceptual staff work in the planning, development and/or administration of human services programs.
