Overview We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and skilled professionals to join our team in providing 24-hour care and supervision to youth (ages 7 to 17) in a structured residential setting. Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with children or youth in any of the following settings:
Residential care facilities
Group homes
Schools (including Special Education)
Behavioral health programs
Foster care / child welfare programs
Child care and Development Center
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in:
Psychology
Social Work
Child Development Human Services or related field)
Must pass pre-employment physical and TB clearance
