Elverta Group Home – Trauma-Informed Residential Program

Overview
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and skilled professionals to join our team in providing 24-hour care and supervision to youth (ages 7 to 17) in a structured residential setting. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children with behavioral and emotional needs and are committed to making a meaningful impact.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with children or youth in any of the following settings:
  • Residential care facilities
  • Group homes
  • Schools (including Special Education)
  • Behavioral health programs
  • Foster care / child welfare programs
  • Child care and Development Center
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in:
  • Psychology
  • Social Work
  • Child Development Human Services or related field)
  • Must pass pre-employment physical and TB clearance
  • Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record
