Under the general direction of the Information Technology Manager II (ITM II) the incumbent will be responsible for the development and maintenance of various Information Technology (IT) software solutions to support activities required of the California State Payroll System (CSPS) Project. The CSPS Project will deliver a modern solution for human capital management including core HR functionality (position control, personnel administration, benefits administration, and time management), travel and business expense and payroll.
