Job Summary The Project Specialist II serves as the lead project manager for K-12 Curriculum and Instruction professional development training operations. In this role, you will plan, organize, coordinate, and manage professional development events, data projects, and program-wide activities while acting as a liaison to districts and schools. You will coordinate professional development training on a regional and state-wide basis, ensure compliance with Williams legislation requirements related to instructional materials and facilities, manage master calendars and online event management systems, oversee memorandums of understanding (MOUs), and coordinate Williams school reviews. Under direction, the Senior Health Program Coordinator supervises, assigns, reviews, and participates in the work of staff responsible for contracted and/or county operated health programs and services, including but not limited to staff supervision, program development and implementation, program monitoring and evaluation, and coordination of services; ensures work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures; and performs the most technical and complex tasks relative to the assigned area of responsibility.
