Under general direction, the Stormwater Utility Manager manages a staff of personnel engaged in the repair and maintenance of stormwater collection and distribution facilities primarily within the boundaries of the Stormwater Utility in Sacramento County. These facilities include: channels, creeks, ditches, and other waterways; manholes, drain inlets, and underground pipelines; levees and detention basins; and drainage facility appurtenances and access roads. Minimum Qualifications Either:  1. Two years in a Sacramento County class performing supervisory duties over stormwater utility, highway maintenance, airfield maintenance, or collection systems which has included channel maintenance, activities.   Or:  2.
