Under the general direction of the Bureau Chief (ITM II) Technology Infrastructure Bureau, the Information Technology Manager I (ITM I) has management responsibility for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling the work of the Enterprise System Operations and Support Section (ESOSS). This position requires a technical and management background and experience.
