Under the general direction of the Chief, Bureau of Government Compensation in California (GCC) & Administration, the incumbent functions as the Government Compensation & Administration Section Manager. The incumbent performs management functions related to the research, analysis, consultative services, publication of government compensation reports, and division administrative services.
