The Workforce Coordinator, u nder general direction, develops job opportunities and employment resource materials and information for welfare-to-work program staff and participants; oversees and coordinates activities of groups of welfare-to-work clients assigned to a work experience component; and serves as liaison, consultant and resource for the sponsoring employment organizations.
