Under general direction, develops job opportunities and employment resource materials and information for welfare-to-work program staff and participants; oversees and coordinates activities of groups of welfare-to-work clients assigned to a work experience component; and serves as liaison, consultant and resource for the sponsoring employment organizations.
Minimum Qualifications Either : A bachelor's degree in vocational counseling, social work, sociology, psychology, business administration, marketing, public relations or a closely related field
AND
Two years of vocational counseling, or career counseling, or job coaching and rehabilitation job solicitation which must include placement experience interviewing for employment of a broad range of occupations.
