Remote - Anywhere in the US   Department:  The Rooted Equity Fund (REF) was created as a Single-Member limited liability company (LLC) solely owned by RCAC, to facilitate access to capital in rural and Indigenous communities through innovative and flexible programming. The REF is situated within the Executive Services department.
