This posting intends to fill one (1) regular full-time position and establish an eligibility list which may be used to fill regular, full-time, or limited-term positions, over the next two (2) years.
As a Supervisor on the Environmental Services at the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) you will help us coordinate and implement Greenhouse Gas (GHG) or California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) programs and meet regulatory requirements in support of business unit operations. You will be responsible for resolving complex GHG air quality or CEQA related problems and oversee complex environmental projects. You will work with the Environmental Services (ES) Manager in planning, coordinating, prioritizing, monitoring and evaluating work results of ES Leads and Specialists and assist in the training, motivating, and developing of personnel.
