POSITION SUMMARY: Creative Enrichment Specialists to join the Artisan Mind team of compassionate, caring professionals who use our collective creative gifts and spiritual support to positively impact the quality of life of older adults and people living with cognitive and physical challenges. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Champion Artisan Mind’s mission by honoring the dignity of individuals with cognitive and physical challenges through creativity, hope, and joy. • Facilitate art-based enrichment sessions in group and individual settings with empathy, encouragement, and sensitivity to unique needs. • Assess client interests, functional abilities, and spiritual preferences to inform customized activity plans. • Design and deliver structured group painting sessions, personalized enrichment plans, and meaningful arts engagement. • Motivate participants while fostering confidence, self-expression, and social connection. • Document key moments and quality-of-life observations...
