Housing Liaison

Job Description

Are you passionate about helping people find stable housing and thrive in their communities? We’re looking for a compassionate, organized, and proactive Housing Access Services (HAS) Liaison to support individuals with disabilities as they transition into permanent housing and work toward long-term stability.

What You’ll Do:
As a Housing Liaison, you’ll play a key role in helping clients navigate the housing process—from finding the right home to maintaining successful tenancy. You’ll provide direct support, develop personalized housing plans, connect people with resources, and build relationships with landlords and community partners. Every day, you’ll make a difference in someone’s life.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience with supportive housing programs and available housing assistance resources
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or other social services programs
  • Strong communication skills and a heart for service
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to learn
  • A valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance. This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for work to provide client services in the community. Community-based services account for about 50% of the work day.

Why Join Us?
You’ll be part of a team that values inclusion, collaboration, and community. We offer training, growth opportunities, and the chance to truly impact lives.

This position has a fixed starting wage, and includes a minimum wage travel time rate.
