Are you a detail-oriented professional who loves working with numbers and solving problems? We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Payroll Specialist to ensure our team is paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with payroll laws and regulations.

What You’ll Do:
As our Payroll Specialist, you’ll manage the full payroll process—from calculating wages and deductions to maintaining accurate records and resolving discrepancies. You’ll collaborate with HR and Finance teams, support audits, and stay up to date on tax and employment regulations. Your accuracy and discretion will make a real impact on our organization and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll using systems like ADP Work Force Now
  • Maintain up-to-date payroll and accounting records
  • Ensure tax and regulatory compliance at local, state, and federal levels
  • Resolve payroll issues and employee concerns
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to support reporting and budgeting
  • Generate payroll reports and assist with audits
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Support additional accounting tasks and special projects as needed

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of payroll experience in a similar position
  • Intermediate or Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and maintain confidentiality
