On My Own Independent Living Services is hiring a Coordinated Family Support Program Assistant!

The Company's mission is to support people in our community with physical or developmental disabilities. Our Coordinated Family Support (CFS) team works with clients and their families to help them access the services and resources they need, remove barriers to care, and build personalized plans that promote independence and well-being.

As a Program Assistant You Get To:

  • Maintain and oversee records of services rendered (service authorizations, referrals, progress notes, client reports, etc.), and conduct Quality Assurance checks.
  • Provide assistance with billing and payroll documentation.
  • Coordinate and perform all tasks associated with new clients (scheduling, meet and greets, assessments, etc.)
  • Provide support to the CFS Team to ensure client goals are being met.
  • Prepare for, set up, and co-facilitate program orientations and trainings.
  • Provide client support services as needed.

What do you need to be a Program Assistant?

  • Valid California Drivers’ License with reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance.
  • Must have an Associates degree in a human services field of study OR 3-years’ experience in coordinating/navigating services.
  • Two (2) years of experience in a similar position.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Previous experience working with the developmentally disabled population preferred.

This position has a fixed starting wage.
